About Growthzi

Growthzi is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses build websites and grow their brand on social media — automatically. Our Social AI Agent generates scroll-stopping posts, captions, and creatives tailored to each business in minutes. We ship fast, care about craft, and believe great motion work is the difference between a product people scroll past and one they stop for.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to produce cinematic product demos, social media ads, and marketing videos that bring the Growthzi platform to life. You'll own the visual storytelling of our product — turning screen recordings and design assets into polished, high-converting content. This is a creative leadership role; you'll define the motion language of the brand.

What You'll Do

Video Production

Edit and produce short-form product demo videos (15–90 sec) for web, social, and paid ads
Create cinematic product walkthroughs from screen recordings with smooth transitions, motion overlays, and sound design cues
Build a reusable library of motion templates for social media posts, story ads, and launch announcements
Cut and sequence raw footage for testimonials, case studies, and brand films

Motion Graphics

Design kinetic typography sequences, animated logos, and UI animations for product storytelling
Create scroll-stopping Instagram Reels, TikTok ads, and LinkedIn video creatives
Animate data visualisations, feature callouts, and product UI highlights
Produce title cards, lower thirds, and end screens consistent with brand guidelines

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into finished videos
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit fast-turnaround deadlines
Maintain organised project files and version control across all video assets
Stay ahead of platform trends — knowing what works on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube right now

Requirements

Must-Have

3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, ideally in a SaaS or tech brand context
Expert-level in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent: DaVinci Resolve + Fusion)
Strong eye for typography, colour, and composition — your work looks intentional, not generic
Experience producing product demo videos and social media ad creatives
Ability to work independently, self-manage timelines, and deliver without heavy direction
A portfolio demonstrating cinematic quality, clean motion work, and storytelling ability

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Lottie / Rive for web-embeddable animations
Basic sound design skills — music selection, SFX, audio mixing
Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs) and how they accelerate production
Experience at a fast-growing startup or digital product company
Motion design background — you understand timing curves, easing, and cinematic composition instinctively
