The Role
We're looking for a Paid Media & Technical SEO Specialist who is equally comfortable optimizing a campaign, analyzing performance data, improving website visibility, and solving technical marketing challenges.
This role sits at the intersection of paid media, technical SEO, website optimization, analytics, and growth strategy.
You'll help drive traffic, improve discoverability, strengthen digital infrastructure, and uncover opportunities that create meaningful business impact.
The ideal candidate is analytical, technically curious, commercially aware, and always looking for smarter ways to improve performance.
What You'll OwnPaid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads
- Titkok Ads
- Other emerging platforms where relevant
- Develop audience targeting strategies aligned to business goals
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize for efficiency and performance
- Continuously test audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
- Support both B2B and B2C lead generation and growth initiatives
Technical SEO & Search Optimization
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
- Resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, redirects, site architecture, and page performance
- Implement schema markup, structured data, XML sitemaps, canonicalization, and technical SEO best practices
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall website health
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search opportunity assessments
- Stay ahead of changes in search, including evolving AI-driven search experiences
Website & Landing Page Optimization
- Build, maintain, and optimize websites and landing pages, primarily within WordPress environments
- Work confidently within HTML and CSS to implement improvements and troubleshoot issues
- Support website updates, landing page development, and conversion-focused optimizations
- Ensure websites remain fast, responsive, technically sound, and search-friendly
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience and performance
Analytics & Performance Insights
- Monitor campaign, website, and SEO performance across channels
- Analyze key metrics including traffic, conversions, CPL, ROAS, rankings, engagement, and attribution data
- Build reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization through data analysis
Content, Search & Growth Collaboration
- Work closely with content, creative, and strategy teams to align messaging and campaign objectives
- Provide SEO guidance on content initiatives
- Support content promotion and distribution strategies through paid channels
- Ensure media, content, and website experiences work together to create stronger outcomes
AI, Automation & Efficiency
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, campaign management, reporting, and execution
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows and improve efficiency
- Explore new technologies, tools, and processes that create measurable advantages
- Continuously look for smarter ways to work, scale, and deliver results
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in paid media, technical SEO, digital marketing, or related growth-focused roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and at least one major paid media platform
- Solid understanding of technical SEO and search fundamentals
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and reporting platforms
- Proficiency with WordPress website management
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across clients and campaigns
