Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
Visit clients and prospects to present, promote, and sell products/services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery and client support.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in field or direct selling roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with persuasive abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to travel frequently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
