Full job description

Brand Ratna is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executives who are passionate about sales, networking, and helping businesses grow through digital marketing.

This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with flexible working hours and unlimited earning potential based entirely on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through online and offline networking.
Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, Instagram, referrals, cold outreach, and personal networks.
Present Brand Ratna's digital marketing and branding services professionally.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
Meet monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
Represent Brand Ratna with professionalism and integrity.
Share market insights and client feedback with the team.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based
No fixed salary
