Job Description & Summary: Job Description: Power BI Engineer (4–8 Years) Location: Bangalore, Delhi(NCR/Noida,Gurgaon) | Experience: 4–8 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Power BI Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and data models. You will translate complex business data into high-performance, visually intuitive, and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Dashboard Development: Design and deploy interactive, visually appealing Power BI dashboards. Data Modeling & DAX: Build scalable tabular models (Star schemas) and write advanced, optimized DAX calculations. ETL & Power Query: Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources using Power Query (M language). Performance & Security: Optimize report loading times, configure gateways, and implement Row-Level Security (RLS). Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics. 3+ years of hands-on expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Service, and Premium). Strong mastery of DAX, Power Query (M), and Dimensional Modeling. Proven ability to optimize dashboard performance for large datasets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have (Preferred) SQL: Ability to write complex queries to extract and validate data. Tableau: Hands-on experience building or migrating Tableau dashboards. Cloud: Familiarity with Azure, Snowflake, or AWS. Certification: PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst).
