We’re seeking a hands-on Solution Architect with deep expertise in
Python-based backends and ReactJS frontends to drive end-to-end solution
design, system architecture, and technical leadership across complex web
applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to
architect scalable, maintainable, and secure systems for high-growth,
cloud-native products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture from concept to deployment for full stack
applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable system
designs.
- Design RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
using Python (Django/FastAPI) and ReactJS.
- Lead architectural decisions on performance, security, scalability,
and maintainability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines,
infrastructure, and monitoring.
- Guide and mentor engineers on best practices, coding standards, and
architectural principles.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and APIs (e.g.,
authentication, payments, analytics).
- Document architecture decisions, data flows, and tech specs using
industry-standard tools.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering; 2+ years as a solution or technical
architect.
- Strong command of Python (Django, FastAPI) and JavaScript/TypeScript
(ReactJS, Next.js).
- Deep understanding of system design, design patterns, and
microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (Lambda, ECS,
S3, etc.).
- Hands-on with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API
security (OAuth2, JWT).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis,
MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Prior experience in domains like fintech, healthtech, or enterprise
SaaS.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development and DevSecOps practices.
