Welcome patients and visitors courteously.
Register patients and verify demographic details.
Maintain patient records accurately in the hospital management system.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for radiology procedures such as X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, etc.
Coordinate with radiologists and technicians regarding appointment availability.
Generate bills and collect payments as per hospital policies.
Verify insurance, TPA, and corporate documentation where applicable.
Maintain daily cash and billing records.
Explain basic preparation instructions for radiology procedures.
Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Guide patients regarding report collection and procedure timings.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Organize and file reports, requisition forms, and consent documents.
Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
Coordinate with doctors, radiologists, technicians, nursing staff, and other departments.
Inform patients about delays or changes in schedules.
Manage front desk operations efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Prepare daily patient attendance and appointment reports.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
