Position: Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Front Office Executive / Receptionist to manage the day-to-day front desk operations. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, coordinate appointments, maintain office records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business associates in a professional manner.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and courier services.
Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and office records.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments to support daily administrative activities.
Manage office stationery and pantry inventory and raise purchase requests when required.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Support HR and Administration with onboarding documentation and general office coordination.
Ensure confidentiality while handling company information and visitor details.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Customer Service Executive, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
Basic English communication is preferred.
