Job Description: Sponsorship & Partnerships Intern

Location: Remote/Hybrid
Type: Internship (Performance-Based Conversion to Full-Time)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Based on skills, experience, and performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and relationship-driven Sponsorship & Partnerships Intern to help build strategic collaborations for our sports media platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communicating with brands, and creating meaningful business partnerships that support the growth of sports properties and media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential sponsors, brands, and strategic partners.
Reach out to companies through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other professional channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives and decision-makers.
Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and partnership presentations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective sponsors and partners.
Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sponsorship pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create brand integration opportunities.
Support negotiations and partnership discussions under the guidance of senior team members.
Track sponsorship performance and prepare partnership reports.
Achieve outreach and partnership targets while representing the organization professionally.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong confidence in speaking with brands, clients, and business stakeholders.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Professional networking and relationship-building skills.
Passion for sports, sports media, and the business of sports.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and email outreach is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, public relations, sponsorship, or business development is a plus.
