Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Write captions, social media content, blog outlines and short form marketing copy for different brands.
Create reel scripts, hooks, concept notes and content ideas based on current Instagram and social media trends.
Research trending topics, competitor content, viral formats and audience interests across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
Support the content team in building monthly content calendars for clients.
Help create content ideas for reels, carousels, stories, ads and brand campaigns.
Coordinate with designers and video editors to explain content ideas clearly.
Assist in writing client friendly content for social media posts, Google Business Profile updates, website sections and promotional campaigns.
Track social media trends and suggest how they can be adapted for different client industries.
Maintain content sheets, research documents and idea banks in an organized manner.
Learn and use AI tools for content research, idea generation and copy refinement.

Skills Required

Good writing skills in English.
Strong interest in social media, reels, trends and digital marketing.
Ability to write short, clear and engaging content.
Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and audience behaviour.
Creative thinking and willingness to research new ideas daily.
Good communication and follow up skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of AI tools, Canva or content planning tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
