We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Professional with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role demands deep hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Teams App development, Copilot Studio, CRM systems, and Dataverse. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize digital workplace and customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute SharePoint Online migrations from on-premises or third-party platforms.
Design and implement scalable solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Architect and develop applications using Microsoft Dataverse and custom connectors.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules to meet business needs.
Develop, extend, and integrate Microsoft Teams Apps using SPFx, Adaptive Cards, and Azure services.
Drive CRM modernization initiatives, integrating with Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT, business users, and project managers.
Maintain documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Required Qualifications:
3-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
Expertise in SharePoint Online & SharePoint Migration Tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix, SPMT).
Strong experience in building solutions using Power Platform (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Proficient with Dataverse, data modeling, and integration scenarios.
Solid experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM configuration, customization, and workflows.
Proven skills in Microsoft Teams development, including bots, tabs, and messaging extensions.
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and administration.
Strong coding background (Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, TypeScript, or similar languages).
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices for Power Platform and Dynamics.

Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and other Azure services.
Knowledge of integration patterns using Dataverse, Azure, and third-party APIs.
Experience in regulated industries or large enterprise environments.
