Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretary Trainee to support secretarial, regulatory, and listing compliance activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate governance, statutory filings, and compliance management in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and filing of forms with ROC and other statutory authorities
Support in handling listing compliances and SEBI-related requirements
Draft board resolutions, minutes, and agendas
Maintain statutory registers and records
Assist in organizing Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and AGMs
Track compliance calendars and ensure timely submissions
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for compliance matters

Requirements

Must have cleared CS Executive and Professional examinations as per Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) norms
Eligible to undergo 21 months of mandatory CS practical training as prescribed by ICSI
Strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and listing compliances
Good drafting and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and compliance orientation
