Full job description

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Executive/Manager is responsible for managing the company's online sales channels, optimizing product performance, executing PPC advertising campaigns, and driving revenue growth across marketplaces and the company website. The role requires expertise in marketplace management, digital marketing, analytics, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

Manage daily operations of the company website and online marketplaces.
Upload and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Monitor product inventory, pricing, and availability across all platforms.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and online reviews professionally.
Track sales performance and recommend strategies to increase conversions.

Marketplace Management

Manage seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Etsy, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.
Plan promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and seasonal sales.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and performance metrics.
Analyze competitor pricing and product positioning.

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising

Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising platforms.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
Improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates.
Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
Prepare weekly and monthly PPC performance reports with actionable insights.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
Coordinate email marketing, remarketing, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze customer behavior and recommend strategies to improve user experience and sales.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, advertising tools, and algorithm changes.

Reporting & Performance

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and campaign reports.
Monitor KPIs including:
Sales Revenue
Conversion Rate
ROAS
ROI
ACOS/TACOS (Marketplace Ads)
CTR
CPC
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Average Order Value (AOV)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in e-commerce and PPC campaign management.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Advertising are preferred.

Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
