Job Title: SEO Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic search strategy and improve the online visibility of our websites. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and performance analysis. You will work closely with content, design, development, and marketing teams to drive sustainable organic growth and increase qualified leads.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct keyword research and identify new opportunities for organic growth.
Create SEO roadmaps and quarterly action plans.
Monitor search engine algorithm updates and implement necessary changes.

Technical SEO

Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and website performance issues.
Optimize Core Web Vitals and page speed.
Implement structured data (Schema Markup).
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and URL structures.
Ensure mobile optimization and website accessibility best practices.
Collaborate with developers to implement technical recommendations.

On-Page SEO

Optimize landing pages, category pages, blogs, and service pages.
Improve title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and image optimization.
Create SEO briefs for content writers.
Identify and eliminate duplicate content issues.

Off-Page SEO

Develop ethical link-building strategies.
Build relationships with industry publications and partners.
Monitor backlink quality and disavow harmful links when required.
Identify digital PR opportunities.

Content Strategy

Work with content teams to develop SEO-driven content calendars.
Identify high-value content opportunities.
Optimize existing content for improved rankings.
Conduct content gap analysis and competitor benchmarking.

Analytics & Reporting

Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
Analyze user behavior using Google Analytics and Search Console.
Measure ROI and recommend optimization strategies.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with web developers, UI/UX designers, PPC teams, and content creators.
Provide SEO training and guidance to internal teams.
Ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website launches and redesigns.
