Position: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and strong multitasking abilities. Executive Assistants typically manage schedules, communications, meetings, and coordination tasks to improve leadership efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential documents and maintain records.
Organize travel arrangements and meeting schedules when required.
Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist the Director in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
Maintain files, documents, and MIS reports.
Support special projects and other assignments as directed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Executive.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

Professional attitude and presentable personality.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
