Job Title: Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our Cloud & Infra Management team. This role focuses on the operational excellence and strategic management of our diverse network, cloud, and contact center infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across various networking devices and cloud platforms.
Job Description:
1. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, including Arista, HP, Juniper, and Cisco DC/Branch Routers and Switches.
2. Oversee the operational health, performance, and support of Avaya and Genesys Contact-Center environments.
3. Provide expert-level support and administration for cloud infrastructure services across AWS and Azure platforms.
4. Design, implement, and optimize network solutions, including proficiency in Cisco SDN network administration.
5. Diagnose and resolve advanced issues spanning compute, networking, storage, and identity within cloud and on-premise environments.
6. Lead and participate in major incident management, including root cause analysis, problem resolution, and the implementation of corrective actions.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and runbooks for infrastructure and cloud services.
8. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of all infrastructure components.
9. Implement and enforce robust security best practices across network and cloud infrastructure to protect organizational assets.
10. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements for infrastructure reliability, efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Required Skills and Experience:
5-9 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and cloud management roles.
Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting Arista DC/Branch Routers and Switches.
Strong operational experience with Avaya Contact-Center and Genesys Contact-Center platforms.
Proficiency in the administration and maintenance of HP DC/Branches Routers and Switches.
Demonstrated skill in configuring and managing Juniper DC/Branches Routers and Switches.
Solid understanding of network protocols, security principles, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with AWS Infra Services.
Experience with Azure Infra Services.
Familiarity with Cisco DC/Branches Routers & Switches.
Knowledge of Cisco SDN network administration.
