Job Title: Business Development Manager – B2B Client Acquisition (Recruitment & Staffing)

Department: Business Development

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Business Development Professional to spearhead our client acquisition efforts across high-volume and niche hiring sectors. In this role, you will be directly responsible for establishing strategic hiring partnerships with leading corporate clients in FMCG, Security Services, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and Asset Management Companies (AMCs).

You will own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead prospecting and cold outreach to commercial negotiations, signing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and smoothly transitioning accounts to our recruitment execution teams.

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Client Acquisition & Pipeline Management

Target, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts across focus verticals:
FMCG: Sales & distribution hiring, supply chain, regional sales managers, plant managers.
NBFC & AMC: Wealth managers, relationship managers, credit managers, risk & compliance, branch operations.
Security Services: Field operations managers, supervisors, site heads, and high-volume workforce staffing.
Identify key decision-makers (CHROs, Heads of HR, Talent Acquisition Leads, Procurement Leads) across targeted industries.
Manage end-to-end sales pipelines using CRM tools to track prospects, lead stages, and revenue metrics.

2. Client Consultation & Proposal Drafting

Pitch custom recruitment solutions, including Permanent Staffing, Executive Search, Bulk/Volume Hiring, and Contractual Staffing.
Prepare and present tailored corporate sales pitches, service proposals, and pricing structures.
Negotiate commercial terms, placement fee percentages, replacement guarantees, and credit terms to maximize profitability while securing long-term contracts.

3. Account Onboarding & Handover

Facilitate the signing of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and SLAs in compliance with company standards.
Conduct detailed intake sessions with client HR teams to understand exact hiring mandates, candidate profiles, and company cultures.
Brief internal recruitment and sourcing teams to ensure swift, high-quality candidate fulfillment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

New Client Acquisition: Number of signed SLAs per month/quarter.
Revenue Generation: Billing revenue generated from newly acquired client mandates.
Pipeline Health: Number of qualified pitch meetings conducted weekly.
Account Retention & Repeat Orders: Mandate volume received from newly onboarded clients within their first 6 months.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales or business development within HR consulting, recruitment agencies, or staffing firms.
Industry Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of hiring structures, job roles, and talent availability in FMCG, BFSI/NBFC, Wealth Management, or Facilities/Security sectors.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Mastery of B2B prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, database tools, cold emailing).
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and contract closure abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).What We Offer
