We are looking for a creative, passionate, and fast-paced Video Creator / Producer (Not graphics) who can produce engaging, high-quality videos that educate, inspire, and drive engagement across digital platforms.
Role Summary
As a Video Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and delivering compelling video content across social media, YouTube, performance marketing, the Miror app, and community platforms. You should have a strong understanding of storytelling, social media trends, healthcare communication, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute engaging video content aligned with Miror's brand strategy.
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website.
- Create short-form videos optimized for social media performance.
- Develop educational videos featuring doctors, experts, and healthcare professionals.
- Produce promotional videos for products, campaigns, launches, and events.
- Collaborate with doctors, content writers, designers, and performance marketing teams.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, animations, and sound design.
- Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality.
- Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, AI video tools, and emerging content formats.
- Organize and maintain a structured library of raw footage, project files, and final assets.
Key Deliverables (Monthly)
- 25–35 Instagram Reels/Short Videos
- 8–12 YouTube videos
- Product promotional videos
- Doctor interview videos
- Patient education videos
- Event coverage videos
- Performance marketing ad creatives
- Internal corporate videos as required
Required Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for thumbnails and graphics.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Ability to create engaging motion graphics.
- Experience with AI-powered video editing tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and platform-specific content formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film Making, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in video production and editing.
- Experience working with D2C brands, healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and editing skills.
