Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Engineer Lead – Core Banking with strong expertise in Temenos Transact Core Banking and Private Banking domain. The role requires a functional leader who can bridge business needs and technology solutions by driving business analysis, solution design, system enhancements, and end-to-end implementation while collaborating with business, IT, and vendor teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional specifications, data mapping, migration, reporting, and user guides.

Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and system enhancement initiatives for Core Banking projects.

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions across Core Banking and interacting applications.

Design scalable functional solutions while minimizing operational and delivery risks.

Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors throughout project delivery, testing, migration, user training, and production releases.

Collaborate with stakeholders to perform impact analysis and ensure clarity of business requirements.

Drive stakeholder discussions, workshops (PLWs), and functional solution reviews.

Support end-to-end implementation of system changes, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Maintain project documentation, change logs, status reports, and escalate project risks when required.

Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.

Work closely with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Required Skills:
-
12–15 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, System Engineering, and Core Banking solutions.

Strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) with Private Banking domain knowledge.

Experience working on Credit Products including Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, and Guarantees.

Good understanding of Securities and Derivatives products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Options, and Structured Products.

Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact modules including AA, MD, SC, DX, SY, and related Core Banking modules.

Experience conducting Process & Product Lifecycle Workshops (PLWs) and supporting implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution design, impact analysis, data mapping, migration, and reporting.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical documentation skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively across business, technology, and vendor teams while ensuring high-quality service delivery
