POSITION SUMMARY As an Associate in Academic Research & Content Development, you will play an essential execution-level role in supporting the day-to-day operations, content pipelines, and research tracks within CAREX. This entrylevel position is designed for an energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented graduate looking to step out of traditional workflows and build a career in contemporary educational product design, curriculum innovation, and academic administration. Working closely under the guidance of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the General Manager, you will serve as an operational engine ensuring that content delivery, documentation, and team communications run seamlessly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Content Development & Editorial Assistance Assist Subject Matter Experts and instructional designers in compiling, formatting, and drafting baseline educational resources, including worksheets, activity guides, presentations, and blended-learning modules. • Centre for Academic Research & Excellence (CAREX) Page 1 of 3 Review, proofread, and copy-edit developed curriculum scripts, articles, and training materials to guarantee absolute precision in English grammar, clarity, and adherence to institutional style frameworks. Organize, update, and manage cloud-based repositories and content databases, maintaining clear version control across multiple program iterations. 2. Research & Documentation Support Conduct targeted preliminary background research, literature reviews, and digital data compilation on emerging trends in global pedagogy, educational tech (AI, adaptive learning), and national frameworks (NEP 2020/CBSE). Support the drafting, layout formatting, and minor data visualisations for CAREX reports, academic articles, conference papers, and program proposals. Compile and systematically organize research source databases, reference bibliographies, and project metrics. 3. Workshop Coordination & Project Operations Coordinate the end-to-end operational logistics for teacher training modules, online webinars, and inperson professional development sessions. Manage project scheduling, coordinate resources, distribute prep-materials, and handle communications with program participants and multi-campus internal departments. Actively participate in departmental tracking sessions, compile exhaustive meeting minutes, flag action items, and follow up with team members to ensure adherence to workflow timelines. QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in Education, English Literature, Communications, Journalism, or a closely related academic discipline. (A Master's degree is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level framework). Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional exposure. Prior experience via internships or early-career roles in educational technology, publication houses, content writing, or school coordination will be highly valued. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Exceptional Communication Skills: Flawless command of written and spoken English, with an ability to clearly synthesize complex information. Tech Literacy & Digital Agility: High proficiency in standard collaboration frameworks (Google Workspace, MS Office Suite). A keen willingness to utilize and master AI-assisted tools for basic drafting, project management trackers, and presentation formatting.
