Full job description

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage our audience and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution – Plan and launch email campaigns for promotions, product updates, and newsletters.
Content Creation – Write subject lines, email copy, and CTAs; collaborate with designers for visuals.
Audience Segmentation – Manage subscriber lists and personalize campaigns.
A/B Testing – Test subject lines, layouts, and send times to improve performance.
Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and share insights.
Automation – Set up triggered workflows (welcome emails, cart abandonment, re-engagement).
Compliance – Ensure campaigns meet GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience in e-commerce or SaaS marketing.
Familiarity with CRM systems and personalization strategies.
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing automation.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
