About Us

Growth Sarthi Private Limited is an international trading company headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, India, with business interests spanning 27 international locations through its group companies.

We specialize in global sourcing, merchant import-export, manufacturing, international business development, and strategic consulting. We work with manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, exporters, trade associations, government agencies, and business leaders across multiple countries.

We are looking for an intelligent, proactive, and highly organized professional to work directly with our CEO and become a key member of our growing global organization.

About the Role

This is not a routine assistant position.

You will work directly with the CEO on international business operations, executive coordination, corporate communication, market research, and strategic initiatives.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn global business, international trade, AI-powered productivity, and executive management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
Draft professional emails, and meeting notes.
Coordinate with international clients, suppliers, consultants, and business partners.
Assist in LinkedIn content creation and corporate communications.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business documents.
Maintain organized records and digital files.
Coordinate domestic and international travel plans.
Track business opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
Support the CEO in day-to-day executive operations.
Use AI tools to improve productivity and communication.
Attend online meetings as and when authorized , prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Perform other executive support and coordination responsibilities assigned by the CEO from time to time.

Required Skills

Excellent written and spoken English.
Good command of Hindi.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.

Preferred Skills

Experience in internet-based supplier sourcing, vendor research, or procurement will be an advantage.
Ability to compare quotations, specifications, and commercial terms.
Familiarity with B2B platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, Global Sources, or TradeIndia is desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI tools, and online research.

Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
