Job Description – Content Creator Intern

Position: Content Creator Intern

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: Upto ₹10,000 per month (Based on skills and performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content for social media, have a good understanding of current digital trends, and be comfortable appearing on camera when required. This role offers hands-on experience in content planning, shooting, editing, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to our industry.
Write captions, scripts, and content copies for social media posts.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling content.
Shoot behind-the-scenes videos, office culture content, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
Perform basic video editing using tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
Track content performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Design, or a related field.
Passion for content creation and social media marketing.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
Strong communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
Comfortable speaking in front of the camera (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Basic photography and videography skills.
Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
Knowledge of AI content creation tools is an added advantage.
Experience managing personal or professional social media pages is a plus.
Interest in healthcare, health-tech, or wellness industries is preferred.
