Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Financial Strategy, Budgeting & P&L Management • Formulate annual operating budgets, capital expenditure (CapEx) plans for NICU equipment, IVF lab technologyand OT infrastructure, and long-term financial forecasts. • Oversee hospital Profit & Loss (P&L), analyzing departmental margins (Obstetrics, Gynecology, IVF, NICU, OT,Diagnostics, Pharmacy) to drive profitability. • Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and financial modeling for new medical technology, facility expansions,or new fertility/maternal service line additions. 2. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) & TPA Operations • Direct end-to-end RCM processes — from patient registration and bill estimation to final settlement, insuranceclaim filing, and collections — including maternity package pricing and IVF cycle billing. • Optimize cash flows by minimizing outstanding TPA/corporate receivables, reducing claim rejections, andshortening Average Collection Periods. • Establish pricing strategies and package rates for deliveries (normal/LSCS), gynae surgeries, IVF cycles, NICUstays, and bed tariffs in line with market dynamics and cost margins. 3. Cash Flow, Working Capital & Procurement Control • Manage daily treasury operations, liquidity, bank credit lines, and working capital requirements. • Partner with supply chain and operations teams to monitor inventory turnover, vendor credit terms, and CapExprocurement contracts for high-end medical equipment. 4. Statutory Compliance, Audit & Governance • Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, corporate laws, GST, Income Tax, and healthcare financialregulations. • Lead internal and external financial audits, ensuring zero major non-conformities or legal penalties. • Maintain robust internal financial control systems to prevent leakage, fraud, or billing inaccuracies.
