Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting arrangements are in place.
Manage the Director's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Draft emails, letters, and official communications on behalf of the Director.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as directed.
Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents.
Assist in planning and organizing business meetings, events, and conferences.
Track pending tasks and remind the Director of important deadlines and commitments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
