Job Description

Ability to handle minor managerial tasks.
Research and writing product descriptions, reviews, articles, etc. as per brief.
Ensuring consistency, accuracy and originality of content.
Developing user-friendly content.
Incorporating keywords as required for SEO.
Proofreading to ensure clean copy.
Understand customer & product needs (explicit and implicit) and align writing to deliver as per requirements
Communicate with customers on behalf of project manager for updates and query resolution when requested
Understand internal client needs (explicit and implicit) and ensure collaborative & healthy working relationships
Understand customer and reporting manager instructions
Report self and team work status to reporting managers
Collaboration with peers and team work
Communicate with customers on behalf of project manager for updates and query resolution when requested
Ensure conduct as per company policies and value systems
Ensure adherence to processes while carrying out required work
Ensure writing is of top quality
Report results of work and provide timely status updates to reporting managers as required
