We are looking to hire a Senior Crane Designer / Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in designing cranes, telescopic boom systems, or similar load-bearing telescopic equipment.

PRIMARY CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Senior mechanical/design engineer with proven crane or telescopic-boom design experience.
- Experience with any of the following is relevant: mobile cranes, truck-mounted cranes, crawler cranes, tower cranes, EOT/overhead cranes, jib cranes, gantry cranes, knuckle-boom cranes, loader cranes, pick-and-carry cranes, hydra cranes, aerial work platforms, boom lifts, telehandlers, material-handling equipment, or facade-access/BMU systems.
- Must have performed actual design work, not only sales, service, operation, or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of structural design, load calculations, stability, deflection, buckling, fatigue, weld design, pin and bush design, rope/sheave selection, hydraulic cylinder mounting, and telescopic extension mechanisms.
- Able to develop concepts, calculations, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and design documentation and coordinate with production.
