Full job description

Role: Digital Marketing Intern

Position Overview

This is a 3-month immersive internship program designed to provide practical exposure to modern digital marketing strategies. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and alignment with company goals will be evaluated for a full-time permanent position upon completion.

Eligibility Criteria

Location: Must be based in or near Kanyakumari / Nagercoil (or willing to commute).
Education: Open to recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields.
Basic Knowledge Required:
Fundamental understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content creation.
Basic proficiency in visual tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) or AI content/design tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
Create and schedule content for social media channels.
Support SEO activities, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
Assist in running and monitoring Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports using analytics tools.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Work with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
Update website content, blogs, and landing pages as required.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
