About the role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly driven Social Media Creator who can build impactful social media campaigns, create compelling content, and manage client accounts with confidence. This role requires someone who understands digital trends, excels at storytelling, and can translate business goals into engaging content that drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Manage and optimize social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
Write engaging scripts, captions, and creative copy for reels, videos, campaigns, and advertisements.
Create content calendars and oversee content planning and publishing schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and successful campaign execution.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
Review and edit content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Manage online communities, engage with audiences, and maintain brand reputation.
Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize content strategies.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Lead and collaborate with the social media team to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Exceptional copywriting and scriptwriting skills .
Strong content editing skills .
Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and community management.
Excellent client communication and account management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
Creative thinker with strong storytelling and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator.
Comfortable working remotely with excellent time management skills.
Proactive, growth-oriented, and eager to learn.
Strong multitasking abilities with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
Passionate about creating impactful digital content and staying ahead of industry trends.
