Role Overview
THE CTC AGENCY is looking for a Web & App Developer / CMS Developer responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving websites, web applications, mobile applications, and CMS-based solutions for internal projects and client requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in web technologies, application development, CMS platforms, troubleshooting, and creating responsive, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Develop and maintain mobile applications based on project requirements.
- Build and customize websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress and other relevant CMS technologies.
- Develop custom themes, plugins, modules, components, and integrations where required.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional and responsive websites.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, communication APIs, and other business tools.
- Perform website and application updates, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Manage CMS dashboards, website content structures, forms, users, plugins, themes, and configurations.
- Work with databases and perform basic database management and troubleshooting.
- Ensure websites and applications are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Implement basic security, access-control, backup, and maintenance practices.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, scalability, and usability.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, marketing teams, and other developers.
- Test applications and websites before deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
- Maintain clean, organized, documented, and reusable code.
- Participate in website migrations, hosting deployments, domain/DNS configuration, and server-related development activities when required.
- Stay updated with modern web development frameworks, CMS platforms, development tools, and industry practices.

Eligibility
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant technical skills and project experience may apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge and a good portfolio can be considered in place of formal experience.

Candidates with a portfolio of websites, WordPress projects, web applications, mobile applications, plugins, themes, or other development projects will be preferred.

Role Summary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
