Full job description

Job Summary

The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations for field/project employees, ensuring smooth manpower deployment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and support for operational requirements across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for project/site manpower.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
Liaise with site managers regarding manpower planning and deployment.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Handle contract labour documentation and vendor coordination.
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate performance appraisal and training activities.
Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, and monthly HR dashboards.
Assist during audits and ensure proper maintenance of statutory registers.
Support disciplinary actions and implementation of HR policies.

Required Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR)
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in projects, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or O&M organizations.

Skills Required

Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in recruitment and payroll coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently at project sites.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in field/project-based organizations.
Exposure to contract labour management.
Familiarity with HRMS and attendance management systems.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
