We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Market Analyst to join our Advisory team, based in Delhi, India.

About the role:

The Automotive Data & Market Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality, customized analysis and reporting solutions through the extraction, validation, analysis, and interpretation of local and global automotive data. The role transforms complex market information into actionable insights that support client needs, business decision-making, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze automotive market data across India, the Middle East, and APAC to deliver actionable insights.
Lead primary and secondary research projects from design through analysis and presentation.
Develop market sizing, forecasts, competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry trend reports.
Create and maintain customized data feeds, dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
Identify and communicate key market trends, opportunities, risks, and industry developments.
Deliver insights through presentations, executive summaries, and data-driven storytelling.
Ensure accuracy and quality of all analyses, reports, and client deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused solutions and recommendations.
Utilize advanced Excel and analytical tools to manage and analyze large datasets.
Support ad hoc research requests, market assessments, and strategic initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting methodologies, processes, and analytical frameworks.
Maintain project documentation and stay current with automotive trends and research best practices.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in market research, business intelligence, automotive consulting, or a similar analytical role.
Proven track record in managing primary and secondary market research projects.
Strong knowledge of the Indian automotive market; exposure to APAC and Middle East markets is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel expertise, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, and dashboard development.
Experience in statistical analysis, forecasting, and large-scale data management.
Strong presentation, reporting, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Experience in product planning, market intelligence, or strategy within automotive OEMs, suppliers, or consulting firms is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
