Plan and conduct research for live engagements — managing data, conducting interviews, and running the collection designs senior researchers set

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Research Associate at CryptoMize you will plan and conduct research across live engagements — managing the data, running the interviews, and producing the publications for political communication that summarise campaigns in reports, presentations, and policy documents. You monitor the progress of research projects and coordinate information between departmental sections, because research that arrives late or duplicated is research that did not happen.
Landscape studies are the core product: conceptualising the study, analysing data from various sources, and delivering the analysis that drives overall campaign strategy and narrative. The associate’s name is on the finding when the strategy desk acts on it — which is why provenance discipline and source evaluation are standing duties, not aspirations.
Associates here also build the infrastructure their own future work runs on: constructing and maintaining databases with the data-engineering cell, and identifying new resources and methods the research function can use. The associates whose infrastructure outlasts their engagements are the ones promoted first.
