Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and create engaging content across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form video content, along with excellent writing and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, captions, and creative campaigns.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and social media copy.
Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats, and content ideas.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.
Coordinate with the design and video team to produce high-quality content.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across social media platforms.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
Track engagement, reach, followers, views, and other relevant metrics.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
Generate new content ideas based on audience behavior, trends, and competitors.
Assist in developing brand campaigns and promotional activities.
Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and communication style.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Excellent English communication and content writing skills.
Good understanding of social media trends and content marketing.
Ability to create engaging and creative Reels and short-form content.
Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools is preferred.
Good understanding of social media analytics and insights.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Strong research and idea-generation skills.
