Sales Manager – Pest Management & Fumigation ServicesJob Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Pest Management & Fumigation Services division. The candidate will be responsible for B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, online business portals, team management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Generate new B2B business through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and online platforms.
Identify and acquire clients across industries including factories, warehouses, hotels, restaurants, offices, hospitals, institutions, and commercial establishments.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, requirement discussions, quotations, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Drive repeat business, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

B2B Portal Management

The candidate will be responsible for managing and generating business through major B2B and government procurement platforms, including:

Government e-Marketplace (GeM) – managing enquiries, bids, tenders, quotations, and order opportunities.
IndiaMART – handling enquiries, responding to leads, follow-ups, and converting leads into business.
Justdial – managing incoming business enquiries and maintaining lead follow-ups.
TradeIndia – handling enquiries, quotations, client communication, and lead conversion.
Ensure timely response to all portal enquiries and maintain proper follow-up until closure.
Monitor portal performance and identify opportunities for improving lead conversion.
Maintain updated company/service information, quotations, pricing, and relevant documentation on portals.

Team & Performance Management

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Allocate leads and monitor individual sales performance.
Conduct regular reviews of the sales pipeline and conversion status.
Train and support team members in lead handling, negotiation, and client conversion.
Prepare and share regular sales reports and performance updates.

Client & Collection Management

Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service execution.
Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collection.

Required Skills

Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
Hands-on experience with GeM, IndiaMART, Justdial, and TradeIndia.
Strong lead generation and conversion skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of quotations, commercial negotiations, and client handling.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Team handling and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/sales reporting.
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
Experience in pest control, fumigation, facility management, hygiene services, industrial services, or similar service-based industries will be preferred.
Candidates with experience handling GeM tenders/bids will be given preference.
Existing B2B client network will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, proactive, and capable of independently managing both field-based B2B sales and online lead-generation platforms. Strong hands-on experience with GeM, IndiaMART, Justdial, and TradeIndia, along with the ability to lead a sales team and consistently achieve targets, will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
