Full job description

*Job Overview*

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. In this role, your primary focus will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process to acquire top talent for our growing team. Additionally, you will handle key day-to-day HR operations, including attendance management, payroll coordination, and addressing employee grievances to foster a positive workplace culture.

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*

Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing profiles, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.

Utilize various job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media channels to source suitable candidates.

Conduct initial HR screening rounds to evaluate candidate suitability, salary expectations, and notice period.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job descriptions.

Issue offer letters, perform background checks, and manage onboarding processes for new hires.

*2. Attendance & Leave Management*

Maintain and track daily employee attendance, leaves and absenteeism.

Reconcile monthly attendance records using biometric systems.

Ensure accurate attendance data calculation for payroll inputs.

*3. Payroll & Salary Processing Support*

Coordinate and process monthly salary payouts based on finalized attendance and leave records.

Maintain records of employee incentives, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.

Assist in resolving payroll-related queries raised by employees in a timely manner.

*4. Employee Grievance & Relations*

Act as a reliable point of contact for employee grievances, workplace concerns, and queries.

Address and resolve conflicts or issues confidentially and impartially in alignment with company policies.

Organize employee engagement activities to maintain high team morale and a positive work environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
