Job Description – Sales & Marketing Manager

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Experience: 4–8 Years

About the Company

We are a New York-based AI Automation company with an established presence in Jaipur, India, specializing in AI-driven automation solutions for businesses across the United States.

We work exclusively with US-based clients, helping businesses leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance customer experiences.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional who can represent the company professionally, communicate confidently with US-based clients, and contribute to our growth in the international market.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing professional with 4–8 years of experience, preferably in the technology, SaaS, AI, automation, or IT services industry.

The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand business requirements and communicate effectively with US-based clients and decision-makers.

Strong knowledge and understanding of AI is a mandatory requirement for this position. The candidate should be able to understand AI concepts, automation solutions, and their business applications and confidently communicate their value to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the US market.

Conduct professional sales calls, discovery meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with US-based prospects.

Understand client requirements, business challenges, and operational processes.

Identify opportunities where AI and automation can deliver measurable business value.

Clearly communicate the company's AI automation solutions and their benefits to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key decision-makers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closure.

Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales documentation.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Consistently work toward and achieve defined sales targets and revenue objectives.

Marketing

Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on acquiring US-based clients.

Identify target markets, industries, and potential customer segments for AI automation solutions.

Support lead-generation initiatives through email marketing, LinkedIn, content marketing, partnerships, and other relevant channels.

Work with the internal team to develop sales and marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and other collateral.

Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the AI and automation space.

Monitor marketing and lead-generation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the management and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

4–8 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience in AI, SaaS, IT services, automation, software, or technology sales is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence and AI automation is mandatory.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Ability to confidently communicate with US-based clients and senior decision-makers.

Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.

Experience in prospecting, lead qualification, client presentations, negotiations, and closing.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand client pain points.

Ability to explain technical concepts, particularly AI and automation, in clear and business-friendly language.

Strong presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities simultaneously.

AI Knowledge – Mandatory

AI knowledge is the most important requirement for this position.

The candidate should have a practical understanding of:

Artificial Intelligence and its business applications.

Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

AI-powered business automation.

AI agents and AI-based workflows.

AI tools and platforms used by modern businesses.

How AI can reduce manual work, improve productivity, and optimize business processes.

Identifying business processes that can be automated using AI.

The candidate should be capable of discussing AI solutions with clients at a business level and understanding their requirements well enough to identify relevant automation opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling AI, SaaS, automation, or technology solutions to US-based clients.

Existing experience or network within the US B2B market.

Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, or other B2B lead-generation platforms.

Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.

Experience working with international clients or teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Location Requirement

This position is strictly based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Candidates must currently reside in Jaipur .This is an on-site position from our Jaipur office.
