Full job description

We are hiring Senior Baristas and Baristas who are passionate about coffee, customer service, and teamwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with espresso-based beverages, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
Follow café opening, closing, and operational procedures.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Barista)

Lead the barista team during shifts.
Train and mentor new team members.
Ensure recipe adherence and quality control.
Assist with inventory management and wastage control.
Support the Shift In-charge in daily café operations.

Requirements

Barista: 1–3 years of café or coffee shop experience.
Senior Barista: 3+ years of experience in specialty coffee or premium café operations.
Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and coffee equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
