We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven media sales professional to drive advertising revenue and expand our brand partnerships across multi-channel offerings.
Vertical: Women’s, Children, and General Interest products, across 8 Indian languages (Grihshobha, Champak, Sarita, Saras Salil, Manohar Kahaniyan, Farm n Food)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing ad sales strategies across print, digital, and event IPs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media planners.
- Identify new business opportunities and craft innovative brand solutions.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized advertising campaigns.
- Lead and grow digital ad sales while exploring new monetization opportunities.
- Ensure revenue targets are met consistently with strategic client servicing and account management.
Key Requirements
- 7 – 15 years of proven experience in media ad sales.
- Strong network and established relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design impactful brand solutions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
