About the Role
HP Singh is looking for a polished, warm, and customer-focused Concierge to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
The Concierge will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience, understanding customer requirements, guiding them to the appropriate department or sales executive, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout their visit.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a strong customer-service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
- Assist customers with basic information regarding store sections, products, collections, and services.
- Manage the customer reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with sales executives to ensure customers are attended to promptly.
- Support the team in managing customer flow during busy hours.
- Handle basic customer queries and ensure they are directed to the right person for resolution.
- Maintain a record of important customer visits, appointments, or enquiries where required.
- Assist VIP and high-value customers with a personalized and professional approach.
- Coordinate with the sales, management, and other relevant teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Assist with customer appointments, follow-ups, and other front-desk requirements.
- Maintain professional grooming, etiquette, and presentation at all times.
- Ensure the reception and customer-facing areas remain neat, organized, and presentable.
- Support the management team with customer experience-related activities and events.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in concierge, front office, reception, customer service, hospitality, premium retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and approachable personality.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Professional grooming and polished presentation.
- Ability to interact comfortably with customers from different backgrounds.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
- Candidates with experience in premium retail, luxury hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
