Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Account Manager – ELV / Electronic Security Systems with 7-10 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, and business development within the ELV and electronic security industry. The role involves driving large-scale business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, managing key enterprise accounts, and leading solution-based sales for integrated security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Perimeter Protection, and related ELV solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry relationships with consultants, PMCs, architects, corporate clients, and OEMs, along with a successful track record in achieving revenue growth and handling high-value projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, PMCs, architects, end users, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Drive end-of-the-end sales activities including lead generation, client presentations, solution discussions, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures.
- Manage key enterprise accounts and ensure long-term customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead discussions with decision-makers, CXOs, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with estimation, design, and technical teams to develop customized ELV/security solutions.
- Review tenders, technical specifications, and commercial requirements for large-scale projects.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
- Mentor and support junior sales/account management team members when required.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Represent the organization during client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.

Experience & Education:
