Who are we looking for?

Designation : Sr. Software Engineer (Node.JS)
Experience Range : 3+ years

What is the work?

Design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs using Node.js.
Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Design database schemas and optimize queries for efficient data retrieval and storage.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to industry best practices and standards.
Work on integrating external APIs, libraries, and tools into the application ecosystem.
Keep up with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in Node.js development.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Solid experience in developing server-side applications using Node.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript, with knowledge of TypeScript being a plus.
Hands-on experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.
Understanding and experience in building microservices.
Strong knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Proven ability to design and develop robust RESTful APIs.
Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, or Jest.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
Experience with WebSocket, Socket.io, or similar libraries.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like Jira.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
