1. Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Experience

0–2 years preferred; freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and customer relationship teams.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Provide regular reports to the reporting manager.

2. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Experience

1–3 years preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, providing timely support, resolving queries, and contributing to customer retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, applications, payments, renewals, and other requirements.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer follow-up reports.

Take overall responsibility for the growth, performance, and profitability of the branch.
