Profile:

Manage the complete bid lifecycle—from opportunity qualification through to submission—for security tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
Work with sales, technical, operations, and legal teams to develop winning strategies and customer-focused proposals.
Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, specifications, and compliance criteria—especially for government and critical infrastructure contracts.
Create tailored content for bids including executive summaries, technical solutions, mobilization plans, and pricing justifications.
Lead and chair bid kick-off meetings, reviews, and submission timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment and accountability.
Support bid/no-bid decision-making through risk assessment and commercial viability checks.
Maintain a bid content library with up-to-date service descriptions, case studies, CVs, accreditations, and project references specific to security services.
Monitor post-bid outcomes, conducting lessons learned reviews to refine future bid approaches.
Ensure strict adherence to NDA, confidentiality, and data protection standards during the bid process.

Attributes:

8+ years of experience in bid management, ideally within the security services or facilities management sector.
Sound knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and/or integrated security systems.
Strong command of public procurement processes, particularly in sectors such as transport, healthcare, education, or critical infrastructure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
Advanced organizational and project management skills; comfortable working to tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online procurement portals.
