Full job description

PropelMeta Tech is hiring a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Business Development Executive to support our growing IT services and digital solutions business.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients in the US market. Candidates with prior sales or business development experience are preferred; however, freshers with excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, connect with, and engage potential clients in the US market.
Handle calls, meetings, follow-ups, and business communication with US-based clients.
Present and promote PropelMeta Tech's IT services, digital marketing solutions, and other technology services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business needs.
Use strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills to convert prospects into clients.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and consistent follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding and project handover.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with US clients.
Basic understanding of IT services, website development, digital marketing, software solutions, or related services is an advantage.
Self-motivated, energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close business opportunities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
Must be comfortable working in an onsite night-shift environment aligned with US business hours.
