1) Top Priority: Primary Role
A) You should be able to Raise Funds in the shortest possible Tight timeline of 30 to 60 days immediately from Seed Investor and then later Year by Year serial fundraising from Investors in Series A to D.
Strong serial Fundraising capability in the Startup world of digital Health, AI Health space from Indian or Global Individual Investors, Single /Multiple Family Office, and Institutional small to very large VC Investors from seed-early-stage to growth-stage ( Seed to Series A to Series E ) of the ticket size of 3 Million Dollars to 10 Billion dollars in next 5 Years Plan. Strong capability in developing Investors’ Pitch Decks with attractive realistic financial modeling of double-digit Sustainable Development Growth with exponential Growth Profitable Year by Year.
B) Should develop highly convincing and high intelligent and highly impressive Cap Table, a Best Favourable Terms sheet creation and company favorable Termsheet signing, High Capability in creating and convincing the Company Valuation to highest Possible Market Value in front of Investors.
Strong in Financial Engineering & Financial accounts management Capability to maintain Investor related documents in line with Investors’ requirements.
C) Should be Smart and Intelligent in Making the best possible Investment Transaction deal making and deal closing in our company’s favor for a win-win deal closing with Investors peacefully.
2) Routine Work:
A) After you have delivered successfully as above the First Top Priority Deliverables.
On a daily basis managing the company Accounts, company P & L, company Auditing, and Daily ledgers. employee salary development, Creating company High financial Valuation, and maintaining Highly profitable good Balance sheets.
4) Qualification: – B.Com with CA / CFA from a reputed Institute.
5) Experience:
5-15 Years working with Early stage Tech Startups.
5-10 Years of Tech Startup experience in Fundraising of 50-100 MUSD early-stage startup ( Series A) preferably in the Tech Startup, Digital Health, AI Health space / E-commerce as a mandatory Primary Role.
The secondary role of the Startup company is Financial engineering, Accounts management, Govt and Regulatory compliance, and other routine roles as a CFO /AVP /GM / AGM / Manager-Finance and Account Management.
6) Job Location:
Global HQ, Global Technology Development Center and Global R and D and AI Health Innovation Center, Delhi NCR, India.
