Full job description

Feedipy Digital is a growth-focused digital marketing agency helping businesses across Canada, Australia, and India grow through paid advertising, SEO, content, web development, and marketing automation. We’re a fast-moving team that values ownership, creativity, and measurable results.

The Role

You'll own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end: you set the strategy, you brief the specialists who execute it, and you're the person the client talks to. This is a role for someone who can hold a strategic conversation with a business owner in the morning and write a tight campaign brief in the afternoon.

You'll report directly to the President and work alongside our paid media, SEO, design, development, and content leads.

What You'll Do

Strategy (roughly 50%)

Build quarterly marketing strategies for assigned accounts across paid media, SEO, and CRM/lifecycle
Translate client business goals into channel plans, budgets, and measurable KPIs
Review account performance weekly and identify what to scale, fix, or kill
Write campaign briefs and creative direction for the specialists executing the work
Design CRM and automation flows — lead capture, nurture, and reactivation

Client Service (roughly 50%)

Run monthly reporting calls and quarterly strategy reviews with client owner-operators
Be the day-to-day point of contact: respond fast, set expectations, manage scope
Turn client requests into clear, well-scoped tasks in project management tool and track them to delivery
Spot growth opportunities within accounts and build the case for expanded scope
Onboard new clients — kickoff, access collection, requirements gathering, first 30-day plan

What We're Looking For

4+ years in a digital marketing agency, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role
Direct experience managing North American or other Western clients — you understand the communication norms and expectations
Hands-on working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads: you don't need to build the campaigns yourself, but you need to read an account and know whether it's healthy
Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals - GBP, local landing pages, citations, review velocity
Experience with a CRM/marketing automation platform; HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Keap experience translates
Excellent spoken and written English - you'll be on camera with business owners
Comfortable with reporting tools (Looker Studio, GA4) and project management in ClickUp or similar
Available during Eastern Time (9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time)

Nice to have: experience in lead generation for a service business; agency operations or process-building experience; familiarity with AI tools for research, reporting, and content workflows.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
