About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions across our [IT / Non-IT / Both] verticals. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for talent, a strong understanding of recruitment channels, and the ability to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding candidates.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Utilize job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.), professional networks, and social media to source active and passive candidates.

Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidates' technical/functional skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, and collect timely feedback.

Offer Management: Roll out job offers, negotiate compensation packages within company guidelines, and manage the pre-onboarding formalities.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor mapping.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration

Experience: [3 to 6] years of proven experience as a Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Recruiter (experience in an agency or fast-paced corporate environment is preferred).

Domain Expertise (Choose one or both):

For IT: Strong understanding of tech stacks, software development life cycles (SDLC), and roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.

For Non-IT: Experience recruiting for roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, or Human Resources.

Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in Boolean searches and sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
