Job Title: Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and energetic Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our clinic's digital presence and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, capturing patient testimonials, documenting procedures, and developing innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain patients.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Videography

Travel regularly across all clinic branches to capture high-quality photos and videos.
Shoot patient testimonial videos, treatment journeys, doctor bites, clinic events, celebrations, and behind-the-scenes content.
Create engaging reels, stories, and short-form videos for social media platforms.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk staff to ensure smooth content production.

Video Editing & Creative Design

Edit videos professionally for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Add captions, transitions, graphics, music, and branding elements to enhance content quality.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.

Social Media Management

Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram and other social media platforms.
Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Research and use relevant hashtags, trends, and content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights.

Digital Marketing

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Collaborate with management and clinic teams to develop promotional ideas, offers, and awareness campaigns.
Identify new opportunities to engage audiences and improve online presence.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with doctors, therapists, and management to create authentic and impactful content.
Contribute creative ideas for clinic promotions, patient engagement activities, and brand-building initiatives.
Ensure all content aligns with the clinic's values, branding, and marketing objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar software.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media trends.
Strong photography, videography, and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to travel between clinic branches as required.
Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Consistent content creation and posting as per schedule.
Growth in social media followers, engagement, and reach.
Increase in patient inquiries and leads through digital channels.
Timely execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Quality and creativity of content produced.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
