Full job description

Position: UI/UX & Graphic Designer
Experience: 2-5 Yrs

Skills Required:
Social Media Content Creation:
Design high-quality graphics and visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create compelling and eye-catching Reels and short videos that align with current trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, design, and execute social media campaigns.
Ensure that all social media posts are in line with the brand identity and guidelines.
UI/UX Design:
Design engaging, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and deliver UI/UX design solutions that improve the overall user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create cohesive and functional designs.
Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all digital touchpoints.
Graphic Design:
Create graphics for website banners, emailers, and other digital media assets.
Develop creative visual solutions for both digital and print media as needed.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and apply them in projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design for social media.
Proficiency in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
Proven experience in designing social media posts, graphics, and Reels.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects for web/mobile apps and creative designs for social media.
Motion design and video editing skills are a plus.
Good understanding of social media trends and design standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
